Guide
How to pay with crypto
Choose a coin at checkout, send the exact amount on the right network, and we confirm by hand.
DRAFT — for review. This text is a working draft and must be approved (legal/compliance) before launch.
1. Choose a coin
At checkout you can choose BTC, ETH, XMR (Monero), USDT on TRON or Ethereum, or USDC on Ethereum. USDC is accepted on Ethereum only.
2. Send the exact amount, on the right network
Your order page shows the address, the exact amount and a QR code.
- Bitcoin and Monero: every order gets its own address. Never reuse it for anything else.
- ETH, USDT and USDC: the amount includes a few extra digits that identify your order. Send that exact amount, after network fees are taken into account by your wallet.
- Sending on the wrong network (for example USDT on TRON to an Ethereum address) can lose the funds permanently.
- Bitcoin, ETH and Monero amounts are held for 30 minutes. After that the page shows an updated amount. Stablecoin amounts do not change.
3. Check the address
Before you send, compare the first 6 and last 6 characters of the address with the ones shown on your order page. We never send payment addresses by email or message, and never change them after you order.
4. We confirm by hand
We check every payment ourselves and email you when your order is confirmed. Unpaid orders are released after 48 hours.
